What we do?
About Our Program
We offer accredited emotional intelligence (EI) classes for children delivered in partnership with licensed childcare centers across British Columbia. Our programs support children’s social and emotional development through engaging, age-appropriate activities that fit naturally into early learning environments.
Our goal is to help children build strong emotional foundations that support well-being, positive relationships, and readiness for lifelong learning.
What Is Emotional Intelligence?
Emotional intelligence includes skills such as:
- Recognizing and naming emotions
- Self-regulation and calming strategies
- Empathy and understanding others
- Social skills and positive communication
- Building confidence and resilience
These skills support children’s ability to navigate relationships, manage feelings, and feel safe and confident in group settings.
